1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is Tetiana (Sennata), sennata.store@gmail.com. Full details are in the legal notice.

2. Requests through the forms

When you send a workshop request or a B2B inquiry, we process the details from the form (e.g. name, email address, preferred date, number of people, or company, phone number and message) to handle your request and reply to you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

We do not store the details in our own database. They are sent by email to us and as a confirmation to you, and then exist only in our email inbox. We delete them once they are no longer needed to handle your request, at the latest when statutory retention periods end.

3. Email through Google

We use Gmail and Google Apps Script by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (USA) to send and receive emails. Data may be transferred to the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Hosting and server log files

When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, and the requested page (server log files). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security and stability of the website).

5. Fonts

This website loads the font "Jost" from Google Fonts. Your IP address is transmitted to Google when it does. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Links to Etsy

You buy our products through Etsy. When you click a link to Etsy, Etsy's privacy policy applies. We do not use cookies or tracking on this website.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Email us at sennata.store@gmail.com to do so.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner.
